This Privacy Policy explains how Fun Pixel Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") handles information in our mobile and watch applications (the "Apps"). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting it.
We do not ask for personal information such as your name, email address or contacts. Our Apps work without an account or sign-in. What is collected depends on the App:
Counter Pro, the Ontario Driver app and Micro Reading collect anonymous statistics about how the app is used, to help us improve it. This includes:
The statistics are not linked to your identity. We use them only to understand how the Apps are used and to improve them. We do not use them for advertising or tracking, and we do not sell them.
In Counter Pro, we never collect the names of your counters or anything else you type. You can turn the statistics off at any time: scroll to the bottom of the counter list and switch off "Share Usage Data". Your counters and the app's features are not affected.
The citizenship test app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier, your IP address and approximate location, device information, and how you interact with ads. Google may use this to show personalized ads if you allow it.
You can limit this in your device settings: on iPhone and iPad, under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; on Android, under Settings > Google > Ads. For more details, see how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Usage statistics are processed on our behalf by PostHog, Inc., our analytics provider, and stored in the United States. Advertising data in the citizenship test app is collected by Google. We do not share information with anyone else.
Content you create in our Apps, such as your counters in Counter Pro, is stored on your device. We cannot see it.
This website uses Google Analytics to measure visits. This is separate from our Apps.
We are committed to ensuring that our Apps are secure and free from vulnerabilities. We continually strive to provide a safe user experience.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date.
Our citizenship test app is not affiliated with any government, and is not authorized to facilitate government services. It does not represent a governmental entity. It is an independent educational tool designed to help users prepare for the citizenship test.
